Initiative Ireland Housing 2019 Report, the Irish Property Market is currently experiencing a significant shortage in housing supply, which has been estimated to meet <52% of New Housing Demand Nationwide. While the Irish Property Market and legal frameworks are comparable to the UK in many respects, there is far less competition within the market amongst finance providers, creating a funding gap in the market for experienced developers with smaller scale developments.
